      Marcos is a native of Argentina.

      He began his career in 1993 as a copywriter in Verdino Bates. He then worked at DDB Argentina and RattoBBDO. Then he return to Verdino Bates as creative director. Before he moved to the USA, he worked for (InJaus) Claxson.

      During those years he attended McDonald's, Mitsubishi, Nike, Volkswagen, Unilever, LG, Lucky Strike Cigarretes, Telefonica de Argentina, T-Mobile, and P&G, among others. He has won awards Cannes Festival, Clio, London Festival, FIAP, Ojo de Iberoamerica, New York Festivals, and more.

      He lived in Buenos Aires, Miami, Chicago, and is now in LA. He also studied film direction and screen writing.

      Kevin Cox is a senior director at SAP responsible for integrated marketing management. He was named one of the top digital marketers of 2011 by B-to-B, the Magazine for Marketing Strategists. The previous 7 years at SAP, he was responsible for integrated marketing strategy development and international program execution. Before SAP, Kevin spent 12+ years working for prominent advertising and direct marketing agencies in different locations around the world—DDB, Ogilvy & Mather, EURO RSCG, THINK New Ideas, and Doremus. He founded two interactive agencies: Ogilvy & Mather Interactive Singapore and the digital arm of Doremus San Francisco. He has directed award-winning, integrated marketing communications for customers like American Express, Dell, Hitachi, IBM, Iomega, Lotus, Tektronix, Volvo and numerous technology start-ups. He holds a M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Kevin has also served as board member for the International advertising Association for over 8 years championing education and networking for young professionals.

      In her 25-year career at DDB, Denise has held senior leadership positions in account management, business development, strategy and research working on behalf of clients like Ameritech, Clorox, Dairy Management, Dial, General Mills, Morton Salt and State Farm. She has experience across a broad range of products and services - from cereal to cell phones, salt to soap, and appliances to insurance and financial services. Throughout her distinguished career, she has led her teams to win numerous creative and marketing awards for developing effective advertising that drives results and wins the hearts of American consumers. Denise began her career in advertising after receiving her MBA in finance and marketing from The University of Chicago. In the years prior, she was a registered representative for Prudential-Bache Securities, gaining first-hand experience with the power of a brand name in marketing financial services and acquiring customers. Prior to that, she was a cold caller for Smith Barney Harris Upham, responsible for prospecting high net worth individuals. She holds a BS in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Tufts University.

      Ken's career has spanned from bleach to blue jeans to microchips and video games. He has built a career developing integrated campaigns in the US and Europe that create culture, sell product and grab industry attention and awards. He started his career at FCB/San Francisco on Clorox and Levi’s. His campaign for Levi’s Wide Leg jeans is recognized by AdWeek as one of the best campaigns of the ‘90s, and Entertainment Weekly named one his spots as one of the best 50 commercials of all time. He went client side, taking a big leap into technology working for Intel in the US and in Europe. At Intel Ken held a variety of integrated and digital marketing positions including director of integrated consumer marketing for Core processors. Today, Ken is senior director of advertising and media for Electronic Arts, where he works on global franchises like Star Wars: The Old Republic, Battlefield, The Sims, and Medal of Honor.

      A pioneer in the digital marketing space and marketing professional with more than 20 years in the industry, Daina Middleton is the CEO of Performics, the performance marketing division of Publicis Groupe. As one of the largest and oldest search and performance media agencies, Performics delivers performance marketing solutions and solid results for a list of blue chip clients through smart innovation and solving complex challenges.

      Daina believes marketing and consumerism are undergoing a transformational change. She is known for thought leadership in the social marketing space - creating a new marketing lexicon including ""participant marketing"" - and has developed several ground-breaking market intelligence tools where brands can utilize social listening to effectively compete in the world of conversational marketing. Participant marketing shifts the philosophy about how brands and people connect, creating new roles and equal status. Through her many years of client experience, she is also driven to redefine marketing to focus on performance, where agencies are compensated for the results they deliver for brands. Daina rallies her team to provide strategic insight and leadership with an intense concentration on client success, and willingness to put skin in the game to prove it.

      Prior to joining Performics, Daina served for two years at Moxie Interactive, another Publicis Groupe agency, as senior vice president of Sunao, a division comprised of four departments: participant insight, emerging trends, analytics and market innovation.

      Daina spent 16 years working at Hewlett-Packard in key marketing communications positions across most of the core segments in the company's printer businesses. She worked on a number of digital projects for HP in the early 1990's, including the first cross-IPG printer chooser tool for HP and was involved early in exploring the marketing impact of the then unknown phenomenon called the ""Internet."" At the time of her departure she was the director of advertising for HP's $28 billion global Imaging and Printing Group, managing both digital and traditional mediums through integration and establishing global standards for traditional and digital activities, including SEO, SEM, social marketing, web site development, and cross-media effectiveness and measurement.

      Daina currently sits on the Board for the Digital Place-based Advertising Association (DPAA) and was a former Standards Board member for the Social Media Advertising Consortium (SMAC). She is a regular industry speaker with appearances at Conversational Marketing Summit, ad:tech, WOMMA, VideoNuze, and iMedia, to name a few. She was also named as one of Mobile Marketer's 2011 Mobile Women to Watch.

      Daina has a Bachelor of Science in technical journalism, and a minor in fisheries and wildlife sciences, from the College of Liberal Arts at Oregon State University. She lives on a horse ranch outside of Boise, Idaho where she raises Andalusian and Lusitano horses.

Prior to joining Zimmerman, David spent 26+ years in New York working for DDB, Chiat/Day, Ammirati/Puris/Lintas, as well as his own agency, BNmg - creating work that consistently moved the needle, as well as receiving creative accolades ranging from Gold Effies to Cannes Lions.

      In his current role as Executive Creative Director, Nick Platt is responsible for all creative produced by RAPP Los Angeles. His particular focus is on delivering creative solutions that are simple, relevant and original. Nick has only recently joined the L.A. office from RAPP's London office, where he was Creative Director for over five years. He brings almost 20 years' experience in advertising and direct marketing, working on brands as diverse as Sony, Barclays, NSPCC and VW. Nick has worked at a range of different agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, GGT and Proximity, as well as running his own shop for several years.

      Nick has won numerous awards, including the Grand Prix at the New York Festivals, Gold at the ECHOs, D&AD, John Caples, DMAs and London International Advertising Awards.

As a result of his efforts, Rob was named Best Marketer in 2006 and Top 25 Digital Marketer for 2011 by B to B Marketing Magazine.

      Prior to his joining Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Rob was based in London as the vice president of Marketing for Motorola cell phones in Europe, Middle East and Africa. There he helped re-energize the Motorola brand with the launch of the ""Moto"" campaign in the region. He joined Motorola in 1992 and led the marketing of Motorola's consumer paging business during its period of exponential growth in the mid-'90s. Rob started his career with General Electric Company.

Tom uses his expert knowledge of ISPs, spam filters and deliverability rules to advise marketers on how to get their email delivered to the inbox and generate the highest possible response.

He has also been deeply involved in several new business wins and helped raise the agency's creative profile across North America.

      Prior to Proximity, Jon spent time at Cossette and Tribal DDB on General Mills, McDonalds, Bell, Nike, Labatt, Mott's, Subaru, and Gatorade.
