He has rich experiences in creating campaigns for premium brands, and has been the creative lead on projects for clients including Volkswagen, Volvo, Jaguar, Intel, Sony, Microsoft Xbox, Pepsi, and Hennessy.
      Tim has received numerous prestigious awards and accolades including from Cannes, Spikes, AdFest and D&AD. He is also an active participant in award shows, recently involved with judging Spikes, Ad Stars, AdFest, as well as speaking at Cannes and other international creative conferences.
      Tim joined DDB as executive creative director of Tribal DDB Hong Kong in 2009 and then took up the position of joint executive creative director of DDB Guoan Beijing in early 2012. In April 2013, Tim was promoted to chief creative officer of DDB Group Shanghai and Tribal Worldwide.

      David also owned a small international marketing company consulting to clients including; Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Levi's, Campbell's, Arnotts, and Mars, over a 10 year period.
      Most recently David was executive director, marketing & corporate communications, for Nestlé Oceania, the largest grocery supplier in these markets, and the world's leading nutrition health and wellness company. David left Nestle in December 2013 to further develop his consulting business MORGAN (www.macmorgan.co) focused on helping clients transform to next practice marketing excellence. David is a recognised thought leader for the marketing community, and is regularly asked to speak at industry and client events.
      Consulting to organisations including Seven West Media, Tabcorp, Macquarie University, Suncorp, Lego, Tourism Australia as well as many others, in a very short time, David has built MORGAN into a leading consulting business in Sydney and Singapore, focused on transforming organisations into next generation consumer centric marketing.
      In his spare time, David is wholly at the demand of his two daughters, an 8-year old American one and a 5-year old Australian one, and he regularly pops over to Hollywood to audition for the role of James Bond—but hasn't been successful yet.

      A pioneer in digital space, Jit has been working in new media since 1993. One of the notable digital starts was when he helped Bates Advertising Group launch Bates Interactive (later renamed to XM Interactive). In his 10 years with XM Interactive, he steered the agency towards winning multiple digital awards for brands such as Toyota and Sony with ground-breaking creative ideas, nurturing it from a boutique interactive agency focusing on entry level digital development into a full-scale digital agency.

      Prior to DDB, Jit spent a year in OgilvyOne Singapore managing a portfolio of local and regional clients, driving new digital initiatives and CRM programs. He then established the agency operations, grew client base and strengthened capabilities and disciplines for RMG Connect in Beijing (JV of JWT and Ogilvy) as Head of Office.

      Jit then joined Tribal DDB Shanghai in March 2008 as Managing Director, leading the office onto the world stage with recognition across local, regional and global awards, winning both creative awards and Effies for clients. In 2010, Tribal DDB Shanghai also clinched the coveted Greater China Digital Agency of the Year awarded by Campaign Asia Pacific. As of March 2013, Jit was promoted to oversee the entire operations of DDB Group in Shanghai (DDB Advertising, Tribal Worldwide, RAPP).       Raoul studied business management at Ateneo de Manila and thus started his advertising career in account management. After a year, he shifted to copywriting at JWT and never looked back, becoming CD there and at Publicis JimenezBasic. He was also ECD at BBDO Guerrero Ortega. His list of recognitions include Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Adfest, Spikes Asia, AMES, New York Festivals, London International, AME, Warc Prize and Clio. Raoul has served as president of the Creative Guild of the Philippines, chairman of the Philippine Advertising Congress Araw Awards and the Philippine Ad Summit Creative Committee. He has been a juror of London International, AdStars Busan, Spikes Asia, Clio, New York Festivals and Cannes Lions. He believes that one’s computer desktop is a reflection of one’s state of mind.       Few creative people in the Sri Lankan advertising industry have such an intimate knowledge of the local landscape as Subhash Pinnapola does. Yet, he’s taken this knowledge to create timeless campaigns fit for the world’s stage—be it at Spikes Asia, ADFEST, or on the pages of Lürzer’s Archive, Campaign Brief Asia, The Work, Epica, Ad Asia and many others.
      As one of the most awarded local admen, Subhash’s portfolio has raised the bar of Sri Lankan advertising, pushing it into the international limelight, and getting the country keenly noticed by twittering juries. In fact, one of his works has been ranked in the Gunn Report’s Top 100 Creative Ideas of 2011.
      Additionally, Subhash is also the only Sri Lankan ad film director to win an international award for directing. In 2011, the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies (4A’s, Sri Lanka) honoured the 20-year veteran for his contribution to Sri Lankan advertising. Furthermore, Subhash was also ranked as Sri Lanka’s No.1 Creative in Campaign Brief Asia, in fact, he has given his point of view to some of the Asia Pacific and International Awards as a jury member.
      In the international arena, he has won metal at Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, Adfest, Appies, Adstar, AMEs, Epica, Midas, AWARD, Cristal, Kinsale Shark Awards and at THE ONE SHOW awards. Additionally, Subhash was also the runner-up for South Asia’s Creative of the Year at the Agency of the Year Awards in 2012.
      Each and every award in Subhash’s repertoire has brought both him and Sri Lanka recognition; and most recently he achieved another height as he managed to steer TBWASri Lanka as the chief creative officer, to be named Best of South Asia’s Creative Agency of the Year (Gold), which is undoubtedly testament to his creative talent and vision.
      It is noteworthy to mention that Subhash holds so many ‘first time ever’ achievements for the country in a global arena. These accolades have made the country known for its insightful creative work in the Asian region. Being recognized on a global scale has not changed Subhash’s beliefs, which is that to keep Sri Lanka known for its creative excellence, new creative talents in the country have to be nurtured and groomed. That is his ultimate vision.

      Nicoletta is a creative leader with more than 18 years of experience developing traditional and digital campaigns for some of the world’s biggest and most successful brands. Currently working at Publicis Hong Kong, she is responsible for leading and defining local and regional campaigns for clients such as Cadillac, Cartier, Marriott, Nestlé and Axa. Her passion lies in art direction and new types of storytelling that harness technology to create compelling experiences between brands and their audiences.
      Prior to joining Publicis, she worked as an integrated and digital creative director across both above and below the line campaigns at OgilvyOne in HK. Her role involved leading the strategic creative input and generating big ideas for a wide range of customer experiences such as digital campaigns, websites and, creative development for on-line media, social media and mobile platforms.
      Her key clients were American Express, BlackRock, Shangri La Golden Circle, Mercedes Benz, SmartCar, Pizza Hut, Prudential, Landmark and Nestlé.
      Her work for clients such as Pizza Hut, Faber Castell, WWF and Shangri La Golden Circle has been awarded and shortlisted in significant digital and offline award shows such as Cannes, D&AD, ADC, Clio, Camfan, The One Show, AdFest, Spikes Asia and the Markies.

      Susana is the CEO of PHD Asia Pacific, a global media and communications network, built on a culture of thought leadership, creativity and innovation. In her capacity as CEO, Susana leads all PHD markets in the region with a focus on building the agency´s client portfolio, growth especially in emerging markets, enhance service offering and strategic investments on future plays.

      Prior to PHD, Susana was the COO/regional VP of OgilvyOne APAC where she managed Mergers & Acquisitions, Partnerships, new business model development, Digital and Emerging Markets.

      The highlight of her career at Ogilvy was in 2006 when she joined the group as regional MD of Neo@Ogilvy where she brought media back into Ogilvy. She had built the agency from a startup to a 300+ strong network of digital media/ analytics / search specialists in 16 offices across 11 countries winning clients such as IBM, Cisco, Kodak, American Express, China Mobile, Motorola and J&J.

      Susana has also held senior positions in XM Asia Pacific and Modem Media. However, Susana initially started her advertising journey at Space Asia Media, the first adnetwork startup based in HK in the 90´s.

      Susana has a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada and a Certificate of eCommerce from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She participates actively on the advisory boards of iAB, iMedia Connections, Digital Matters, ad:Tech, etc. She is also a big advocate of young women in advertising, marine conservation and save the sharks initiatives.

      At work, she tries hard to keep her head above water. Outside work, she tries harder to stay underwater scuba diving.

      Bill Yom graduated from a private school of arts and communication in Hamburg, ?and started his career in 1999 in the middle of the hype of digital communication at ?Elephant Seven. The time came, and he moved into “classical” advertising agencies such ?as Springer & Jacoby, Jung von Matt, KNSK and Interone/BBDO, where he has worked and still working for brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nike and Coca Cola and many more.
      Bill Yom’s Work has been recognized at the Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio Awards, London International Awards, ADC Germany and ADC Europe.
      Bill Yom is currently working as the most happiest executive creative director for Serviceplan Korea based in Seoul, where he is missing the good old German breakfast a lot.
