Baba began his career as a DTP operator in a small outfit in Mumbai. He had no idea what he was getting into when he traveled to Dubai and (reluctantly) joined his brother's agency as a graphic designer. But the die was cast for this Creative Director from Y&R Dubai.

Over the years he has created stunning, multi-award winning work for Unilever: Axe, Rexona; Nestlé: Kitkat, Polo, Smarties; Johnson & Johnson: Listerine, Reach, Band-Aid; and various automobile brands, which he is especially passionate about.

He has an uncanny knack of being at the right agency at the right time. JWT Dubai and now Y&R Dubai have bagged the Dubai Lynx Agency of the Year while Baba was on their payroll. He also has the distinction of being one of the only two creative from the Middle East who snapped up two spots in the One Show awards list in 2006.

Not surprisingly, Baba's bulging cabinet boasts of Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, London Festival, Campaign Middle East and the Dubai Lynx.>>>

Marcos is a native of Argentina.

He began his career in 1993 as a copywriter in Verdino Bates. He then worked at DDB Argentina and RattoBBDO. Then he return to Verdino Bates as creative director. Before he moved to the USA, he worked for (InJaus) Claxson.

During those years he attended McDonald's, Mitsubishi, Nike, Volkswagen, Unilever, LG, Lucky Strike Cigarretes, Telefonica de Argentina, T-Mobile, and P&G, among others. He has won awards Cannes Festival, Clio, London Festival, FIAP, Ojo de Iberoamerica, New York Festivals, and more.

He lived in Buenos Aires, Miami, Chicago, and is now in LA. He also studied film direction and screen writing. >>>
