As Managing Partner/Strategy, Stefanie Kuhnhen is responsible for the strategic product for GRABARZ & PARTNER, one of the leading creative brand agencies in Germany. Her core expertise lies in communication planning and brand management. With more than 20 years of practical experience, she has extensive specialist knowledge in the design of brands such as EDEKA, IKEA, Volkswagen or Burger King through visionary thinking, branding strategies, communication strategies or holistic brand implementation in companies. Her belief is that brands serve as a link with people and are growing increasingly important. Nowadays, they act as the operating system of the entire company – a development that she also reflects in her agency by means of a comprehensive strategic portfolio. Stefanie Kuhnhen’s work has repeatedly won strategy awards both in Germany and internationally. Until summer 2017, she was Chairwoman of the Executive Board of the Account Planning Group Germany.
The 42-year-old was voted one of the ‘Top 100 Personalities in Advertising & Marketing’ in the ‘Transformer’ category by trade magazine w&v in 2014. In 2015, also according to w&v, she became one of the ‘Top 5 female agency heads in Germany’. Her work has been awarded several national and international strategy prizes.
She studied Business Administration at University Hamburg and acquired a Master of International Business in Hamburg and at Macquarie University Sydney. After graduating, she passed through several positions in agencies. First with the planning agency &Equity, then with the creative agency weigertpirouzwolf and held management and new business positions at reinhards.Integrated Branding as well as the creative healthcare agency Unterweger & Partner, a spin-off of one of Germany’s most influential agencies Springer&Jacoby.
Stefanie Kuhnhen is a mother of two and published her first book in the spring of 2018.
