For the last 20 years, Carlinha has been part of the main Media Companies and Agencies in Brazil, turning herself into a well-known and respected Media professional in the Brazilian market.
As Media Director at Wunderman, she has been responsible for leading channels strategy for brands like Vivo, Dell and Land Rover. Moving to Rapp Collings agency, Carlinha has also taken care of brands like Mastercard, Pepsi and Itau for over 4 years. Her differentiated CRM strategy for her brands has gained twice an important national CRM award from ABEMD's (Brazilian Association of Direct Marketing). During this time, she has also been responsible for setting up the first performance trading desk in Brazil for Itaú - one of the biggest Brazilian banks.
Moving to ABC Group as Media Director, Carlinha was responsible for accounts like Red Bull, Santander, Ambev, L'occitane and PepsiCo - using her branding & performance knowledge to craft awarded cases . Currently, she is in charged of leading a 45 people team at BETC/Havas, as Channels & Engagement Executive Director for accounts like Peugeot, Accor Hotels, Hershey's, LVMH, PepsiCo, Lactalis, Reckitt-Benckiser, Citroën and others.
