Renzo´s experience in the digital field is extensive. With specializations in Digital Marketing (Madrid and NYC), Renzo reinvented the digital area of J. Walter Thompson Peru in 2012, bringing the ideology of the company to another level, focused on what networks means for the consumers, connecting that meaning with brands needs. As a result of that mindset, the digital area of JWT Lima became one of the fastest growing offices in Latin America, surpassed only by Brazil and Puerto Rico.
In 2013, Renzo was called to be part of the regional team of JWT based in New York, to help developing the only study of digital behavior of Latin American consumers.: Digilats. This study was crucial to understand how people connect; their motivations and what moves them to stay online; managing to group users into 5 different categories and also building the new Consumer Buying System of Latin America; achieving a comparison of the level of development of this new consumer in the 10 different countries into which the study was done simultaneously.
By 2014, Renzo was part of the regional team of JWT in order to tend new multinational businesses. He traveled to different countries to be part of important pitches such as Nestle, Sodimac, Sky Airlines, Walmart, Amazon and others. This is how he extends his experience to other countries, achieving important victories in the development of new businesses.
At the end of 2014, Renzo was nominated to join the prestigious international program "High Potential" (HIP), getting part of it at the beginning of 2015. The HIP is a program developed by WPP in which only 50 people are invited from all the employees that the company has worldwide. It is a program that discovers and develops the best talents in the company.
By mid 2015, Renzo was named Business Vice President of JWT Lima, collaborating with his president, Miguel Oscáriz to reorganize and revolutionize the business model of the advertising agencies, integrating digital mindset across all agency processes; developing liquid ideas connecting them with consumers through any discipline. Currently, Renzo is the CEO of J. Walter Thompson Chile. He leaves home on 2016 with a big challenge: to take the Chilean operation to a new level on a country known in Latin America for being hard and deeply competitive.
