Diego Plazas has made studies in different areas, beginning with a minor in physics, a degree in anthropology and other studies in Game Theory, Behavioural Economics and logic & argumentation, he began in market research, passing through UM and ending –so far- at Grey, where after 10 years, he is now the CSO for Grey Colombia and regional lead in planning for Grey LatAm. His experience with brands has made him go through all kinds of categories (from FMCG’s to banking, auto, NGO’s, government, spirits, beauty, etc.) both with local, regional and global brands. Work that has made him win more than 40 Effie awards, and also putting Grey Colombia as the 2nd most effective agency in Colombia, 4th in LatAm and part of the top 50 most effective agencies in the world according to Warc100.
