Vitor Amos is Head of Strategy at VML Brazil

Vitor has shaped strategy for some of the world’s most admired brands, such as Nike, Heineken, Budweiser, Mondelez, Vivo and iFood.

Having worked at Wieden+Kennedy São Paulo and Africa, Vitor was in charge of efforts on a local and global scale. He was lead strategist on Nike Brazil for the 2014 World Cup, on Heineken’s consolidation in the country, on the global launch of Mondelez’s 5Star chocolate bar and on Vivo’s repositioning, promoting a healthier relationship between people and technology.

His work has been celebrated in awards such as Effie, Jay Chiat, and Cannes, including Grand Prix in 2018 for Budweiser’s “Tagwords” campaign.

In 2019, at 29 years old, he was appointed by AdAge as “40 under 40”.

Vitor also serves as a teacher at Miami Ad School.

Originally a copywriter,  Mário D’Andrea has worked at large agencies such as FCB, Loducca and Lowe. D’Andrea has also held the position of CCO and president for JWT Brazil and placed the agency among the most creatives ones in the country.

Coordinated the communication for HSBC in all of Latin America for 10 years and has created great cases for brands such as Coca-Cola, Ford, J&J, Cadbury, Kraft (Mondelez) and Nestlé, among others.
